Handmade typical products

The preserved products produced by L’Orto di Lucania are made strictly following the practice of organic farming. The products, carefully selected, are handcrafted and made ​​into preserves made ​​from tomato, eggplant, artichokes.

The vegetables are selected waiting for the full maturation of the product on the plant. After the harvest begins immediately the stage of processing and storage which is done on the same day of harvest to ensure maximum authenticity and freshness of the products.
